Sweet Water Decor is a growing online retailer seeking an excellent Business Analyst to join our team! You will be able to dive into all areas of Sweet Water Decor to maximize sales and profitability while ensuring best strategies are in place using thorough analysis.

Key Responsibilities Include (not limited to):

  • Responsible for sales, inventory, revenue forecasting and reporting
  • Analyze and run all sales reports - evaluating retail performance and analyzing customer behavior
  • Analyzes key business performances for all platforms and determines areas of opportunity
  • Analyzes ROI in multiple business areas and gives recommendations
  • Optimize retail operations to boost KPIs
  • Develop sound retail growth strategies
  • Analyze key performances for marketing, advertising, and everyday business items - diving into all areas
  • Accounting and financial analysis - focusing on maximizing sales and profitability
  • Works with Buying and Merchandising teams closely on inventory/sales analysis

We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Wholesale Sales Representative to focus on acquiring new wholesale accounts. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales, prospecting, and business development.

Job Description:

The Amazon Performance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance, optimization, and strategic growth of our Amazon business. This role will work closely with our external Amazon platform management team, while providing internal leadership, analysis, and strategic recommendations to drive revenue and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities Include (not limited to):

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key Amazon metrics, including sales, conversion rates, traffic, ACoS, TACoS, and overall profitability. Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
