Job Responsibilities:

People & Culture / HR

  • Payroll & Benefits – Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and time & attendance tracking
  • HR Operations – Handle hiring, onboarding, interviews, performance reviews, terminations, and exit interviews
  • Policies & Compliance – Maintain and create internal policies, employee handbook, and ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Culture & Engagement – Champion our values, foster morale, and create a positive, inclusive work environment
  • Training & Development – Support professional growth and coordinate training programs for the team

Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations, supplies, scheduling, and vendor relationships

  • Oversee our customer service team members and step in during busy seasons to support customer service directly

Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Wholesale Sales Specialist to join the Wholesale team to manage wholesale accounts. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales, prospecting, and business development.

Key Responsibilities Include (not limited to):

  • New & Existing Business Development: Identify and pursue wholesale opportunities across various retail sectors, including boutiques, gift shops, specialty stores, and larger retail partners.
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, social media, and possible trade show networking to generate leads and convert them into customers.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed new business goals.

We are seeking a dynamic, organized creative professional to join our team as a Freelance Designer. This role involves a unique combination of skills, from designing new home decor products to graphics, wholesale catalog creation and management, and can even include photo editing. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual appeal of our products and contributing to the development of our home decor product line.

Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Home Decor, Gift, and Candle Product Design:

  • Conceptualize and design new home decor, gift, and digital products that align with current market trends and customer preferences.
  • Develop detailed product specifications and collaborate with manufacturers to bring designs to fruition.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and gaps in the home decor industry, staying ahead of design trends.
  • Work with our licensing partners to bring ideas to life
